Albert Wong

Meeting Albert Wong (just days before I left on my trip) completed the picture for us as to why the dining experience at WildEast Dreams is so complete, so comfortable. We realized quite quickly that all the details, all of the setting, the service the stunning food is Albert's passion showing through.

Incidentally, we loved the winter menu Raging Bull Oxtail Curry in chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime which Albert recomended to us here.
